Eligibility for Refunds
We will accept refund requests if one of the following conditions are met:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
- Unused, unworn, and undamaged items in their original packaging (where packaging is applicable) with the original tags attached.
- Subscribe to our newsletter.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a refund.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not return or exchange the following products:
- Product damaged by misuse or mishandling.
- Minor imperfections such as loose threads, and slight misalignment of seams.
- Product damaged by improper cleaning practices.
- Custom or personalized jewelry.
- Sale or clearance items (unless they arrived damaged or defective).
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Email us at hi@auksia.com with your order details and reason for refund request.
- Attach clear images/videos of the damaged or incorrect product.
- Our team will look over your request and get back to you within 2-3 business days.
Return Process
- Once your return has been approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the product.
- You have 48 hours to get the product back to us once you've received the return label.
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund within 7 Business Days.
- Refunds will be issued to the same payment method as the original purchase and your bank may require additional time to post this transaction.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the given timeframe:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact the credit card company or payment provider (processing times will vary).

Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the returns process above and place a new order for the item(s) that you would like in exchange.
